Our paper received the ELEX Best Paper Award

The following paper from our laboratory received the IEICE Electronics Express (ELEX) Best Paper Award. The award ceremony was held at the Electronics Society Plenary Session of the 2026 IEICE Society Conference.

The paper presents a 28 GHz low-noise amplifier (LNA) in 65 nm CMOS that achieves a 2.5 dB noise figure for millimeter-wave MIMO applications by combining a current-reused noise-cancelling topology with a gm-boosting technique.
